Adrenalin surf school was founded with the mission of giving quality surf courses and responding to the interest of children, young people and parents who needed a place to learn this sport. We have certified instructors, adequate materials for their teaching and always choosing safety first. Our goal is that you can feel the excitement we have every time we ride a wave and enjoy the conection with nature.

Looking to enjoy La Pared beach and catch a few waves in the atlantic ocean. We have an extensive range of surfboards from Soft-top boards for beginners to longboards for those smaller days, there is a board for everyone.

Instructors with years of experience in surfing will help you catch your wave. Our coaches are part of the FES (Spanish Surfing Federation) and certified in first aid and lifesaving. Their passion for the sport is contagious — and they can't wait to share it with you.
Studied law, but the ocean had other plans. Alberto speaks French, German, English, Italian and Spanish — and is currently learning Slovak. His relaxed and authentic style makes every lesson fun and effective, in and out of the water.
Born in Tarajalejo, Raúl has been riding waves since age 3. Certified surf instructor (FCS), lifeguard, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu purple belt. Energetic, patient and passionate — his love for sport is visible in every session. Speaks Spanish, English and French.
One of our most technical instructors. French, with years of experience across surf and skate, Rémi has an eye for detail and a clear, precise way of explaining. Outside the water, he shares his life with his dog Kaiu — a beloved face around the school.
